FAQs

1, Are all the plants displayed on your website in stock?

Yes, all the plants we showcase on our website are in stock in our nursery. If a certain product is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly indicate so.

2, What sizes are your plants?

We generally specify the size and age of each plant on our website.

3, Do you have your own nursery? Can we visit it?

Yes, we have our own private nursery, where we painstakingly cultivate all our plants. While the nursery is currently not open to the public, we are planning to launch a large-scale public nursery in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates.

4, What is your shipping policy?

We use a dedicated partnership with UPS for shipping. At the moment, we do not offer overnight, 2-day, or express delivery services. To ensure the survival rate, we take specific protective measures based on the plant type during shipping.

5, Is free shipping available?

Yes, we provide free shipping for all orders over $150. While we wish we could, as a small company, we currently cannot offer free shipping for orders below $150. We ask you to consider the quality of the plants rather than the minor shipping cost. Our shipping fees are not inflated, and we take pride in delivering the highest quality products to our customers.

6, From where are my orders shipped?

Our nursery is located in Los Angeles, California. Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 3 to 7 business days after placing the order. Our average order transit time is 7-10 days. Please allow sufficient time for us to handle your plants, just to ensure their survival and safety.

7, What payment methods do you accept?

We accept four types of credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. If you wish to pay using other methods, please feel free to contact us.

8, Is ordering on your website safe?

Yes! Our website is a secure SSL 256-bit encrypted site. This means your information is not intercepted, and your transactions with us are secure.

9, When will the order be shipped after it is placed? What is the shipping process?

Our shipping time is generally from Monday to Thursday. To ensure that the seedlings are as little damaged as possible during transportation after you place an order, we will go to the nursery to select strong seedlings, water them thoroughly for two days, and then remove them from the pots. When shipping, we will keep some nutrient soil on the roots and professionally treat them for moisture retention. We will fill the package with newspapers to maintain air permeability during transportation. If we encounter severe weather, such as extreme heat or cold, we will wait until the weather improves before shipping. Please believe that everything we do is to ensure that the seedlings you receive are in the best condition. Please wait patiently for your seedlings.

10, Where in the United States are your roses suitable for planting?

Because roses are highly adaptable, most places in the United States are suitable for growing roses. For some areas with extreme climates, cold-resistant or heat-resistant varieties can be selected. If you are not sure which varieties are suitable for your area, please do not hesitate to contact us.

11, How old are your roses? What are their sizes?

Most of our roses are 2-3-year-old own-rooted, and a few are grafted varieties. The size is about 3-5 gallons. Some varieties will have specific upgrades in the description. Sometimes we have special offers and will also mark the information of the flower seedlings.
